Your Role:
As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of patients in their homes. You’ll assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to each individual's goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ abilities and develop personalized care plans
• Provide therapy to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
• Instruct patients on exercises and techniques to increase function
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment
• Document visits, progress notes, and updates in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Travel locally to patient homes

What You Need:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Auto liability insurance
• Experience with geriatric and/or pediatric population preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• 1+ year of OT experience preferred
• A passion for patient-centered care and home health
