Hiring ready-made CDL-A teams for steady dry van OTR freight

What teams earn

• $2,400–$2,800 weekly per driver
• 6,000–7,000 miles every week
• CPM split based on experience

Freight & equipment

• Dry van OTR freight
• Mostly no touch loads
• Dedicated assigned trucks
• Automatic sleeper trucks
• Well maintained equipment

Schedule & home time

• 3 weeks out 3–4 days home east of I-35
• 4 weeks out 3–4 days home west of I-35
• Teams must live within 100 miles of each other

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ year of verifiable CDL-A experience
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests ever
• Maximum 2 DOT recordable accidents
• No major violations or rollovers
• Stable recent work history
