Join Our Creative Team as a 3D Modeler / Generalist Artist in London!

Are you a passionate 3D artist eager to push the boundaries of medical visualization and digital training? We are seeking a talented 3D Modeler / Generalist Artist to craft high-quality, detailed assets for innovative XR simulations, medical visuals, and digital learning tools. This hybrid role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team, making a real impact in the healthcare technology space.

What You Will Bring:

A relevant degree in a creative or technical field, complemented by a compelling showreel that showcases your talents.
Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling, with proficiency in both organic and hard surface modeling.
Expertise in Autodesk Maya, demonstrating strong skills in poly modeling, topology, and asset optimization.
Additional skills in texturing, shader development, lighting, and compositing.
A keen eye for detail, understanding of form, silhouette, and structure.
Ability to interpret complex visual concepts and communicate clearly.
Problem-solving mindset, openness to feedback, and a self-motivated attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Legal right to work in the UK and the ability to work from our London office.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of ZBrush, Unity, or CAD data.
Understanding of human anatomy or a background in medicine.
Experience working with 3D scans or traditional art skills such as drawing or sculpting.
Familiarity with the complete modeling pipeline from concept to deployment.

Preferred Educational & Experience Profile:

Degree in 3D animation, fine arts, or related discipline.
Proven track record with professional 3D modeling in a commercial setting.

Other Requirements:

The position is based in central London, with a hybrid working model (1 day on-site per week).
Immediate start preferred, with onboarding targeting December 1st.
