Description The Alexa Communications team is aspiring to make it effortless for Alexa to connect and coordinate with the world by anticipating, personalizing, and acting on every communication. Our team is hiring a talented and experienced Sr. Applied Scientist to help build LLM-powered, next-generation communication features that enable customers to connect with each other (e.g., calling, drop-ins, announcements) and also communicate with Alexa to drive actions (e.g., by email, texting, mobile share). We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, big thinker for a confidential new initiative within Alexa. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
