Position Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and prospective tenants
Prepare and organize essential documentation (leases, rental applications, payment records, etc.)
Create and maintain property listings with accurate details (location, square footage, features)
Promote rental properties through multiple listing services (MLS) and targeted advertisements
Conduct property showings and guide clients through the rental process
Inspect properties and coordinate necessary maintenance on behalf of clients
Assess clients’ financial qualifications and match them to suitable rental options
Assist clients with application submissions and lease signings
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and MLS regulations
Uphold the ethical standards of Empire Property Management and the real estate industry
Qualifications
Active real estate license (required)
2+ years of experience in real estate or property management (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Smartphone capability to manage daily tasks via mobile apps
