Rental Manager – Path to Store Leadership

Location: Missoula, MT | Midway Rental (Division of REIC)

What You'll Do 

  • Lead and support counter and yard teams to deliver top-tier customer service .

  • Oversee rental operations: reservations, dispatch, deliveries, and fleet organization.

  • Drive sales and revenue growth through rentals, merchandise, and strong customer relationships.

  • Hire, train, and mentor staff-building tomorrow's leaders.

  • Maintain showroom and counter presence that represents the Midway brand.

  • Step in at other locations as needed to cover Store Manager roles-building your management toolkit.

  • Partner with Store and Regional Managers on projects that set you up for your next role .
