Psych RN / Registered Nurse Pay:

• $2,326 weekly gross working 36 hours.
• Plus, travel bonus on first check.
• Local pay packages also available.
• Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday.

Schedule and Timeline:

• Now hiring for ASAP start dates.
• 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
• 36 hours per week with the potential for overtime.
• 12-hour shifts.
• Day and night shifts available to choose from.

Psych RN / Registered Nurse Job Details:

• Short-term treatment facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities who exhibit behaviors posing an imminent risk of serious harm to themselves or others.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including behavior specialists and direct support professionals, to manage challenging behaviors using trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques. RNs are trained in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) methods and participate in incident debriefings to enhance care strategies.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes for each client.
• Oversee clients' physical health by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with medical providers for weekly on-site clinics and psychiatric consultations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the appropriate use of restraint chairs under strict guidelines, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care.

Psych RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Psych or Behavioral Health experience.
• MT or Multistate RN License in good standing.
• Active BLS.
• Clean background check upon hire.
