Salary Range : $170,000 - $185,000

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented  NetScaler Systems  Engineer   to join our team. This person will design, implement, and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) environments. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of application delivery across enterprise networks and cloud platforms.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix NetScaler / ADC appliances, including load balancing, SSL offload, GSLB, and VPNs.

• Configure high-availability clusters, traffic management, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize NetScaler performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to integrate NetScaler solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.

• Implement security policies, authentication, and access controls.

• Document configurations, create reports, and provide operational guidance for IT teams.

• Lead or contribute to projects under defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 - 8 years of experience 
• An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role. 
• US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance
• Strong knowledge of load balancing, application delivery, SSL, VPN, and GSLB.
• Networking expertise: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with high availability, clustering, and disaster recovery solutions.
