Job Summary:
Are you a licensed mental health professional looking for a flexible, remote opportunity that allows you to focus on what you do best—helping clients? We are seeking dedicated Teletherapists to provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer a supportive environment to help you build your caseload at your own pace. Full-time therapists typically maintain 30 client sessions per week, while part-time therapists must have availability for at least 7 sessions per week.

Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual therapy sessions (45-60 minutes)
Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
Provide input on best practices, strategies, and techniques to improve client outcomes
Be an integral part of a team committed to innovation and growth in mental health services
Qualifications:
Must hold an active LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia and be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
Additional licenses in other states are a plus
Experience working with diverse populations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Secure, HIPAA-compliant space for conducting sessions
High-speed internet access for reliable telehealth sessions
