Marketing and Public Relations Manager Location St. Louis, MO (Carondelet area) :

Family Care Health Centers is hiring for a new position, Marketing and Public Relations Manager, and we are on the hunt for top talent! The Marketing and Public Relations Manager is responsible for all aspects related to the marketing and public relations of and with FCHC. These responsibilities include positively promoting the image of FCHC to the community, creating and managing press release and establishing television and radio appearances. In addition, the Marketing and Public Relations Manager is responsible for creating and managing information brochures and flyers, remaining abreast of legislative policies and health care policies that may effect FCHC business, and maintaining community relationships that support and promote FCHC business.

Marketing and Public Relations Manager Duties: (This is a comprehensive list of duties that tie in with our job opening)

· Collaborate with C-suite and all department managers in creating and managing marketing materials for FCHC.

· Direct and manager FCHC website and social media account (ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

· Participate in community events (ie. Health Fairs) that promote FCHC's mission and services.

· Increase FCHC's engagement metrics across platforms (ie. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and an ability to translate them into actionable data.

· Conduct community focus groups as needed to understand the needs of FCHC patient populations to ensure continued alignment of goals, priorities, and activities.

· Build relationships with political and community leaders in the communities FCHC server.

· Attend NACHC, MPCA, and other health industry related conferences as assigned.

Marketing and Public Relations Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field. Experience in healthcare settings a plus.

· Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to tailor oral and written communications to varying audiences, print mediums and digital platforms.

· Strong computer skills, with existing knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, website development/management and search engine optimization practices, and design software (ie. WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Google Workspace) required.

· Strong collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects.

· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented, excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.78 - $50.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
