We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member who is detail-oriented, motivated, and dedicated to excellence. This role involves providing maintenance services to upscale residential properties.Responsibilities
Collaborate with 1-2 other team members to deliver landscape maintenance services
Perform tasks such as mulch installation, bed edging, seasonal planting bed care, property cleanups, annual planting, shrub trimming and pruning, and lawn mowing
Work in various weather conditions, including light rain, heat, cold, and snow
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, regularly lifting up to 50lbs
Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
Willingness to learn and grow within the horticulture and landscape industry
Valid Driver's License
Compensation
$16-$20/hour based on background & experience
