Responsibilities - Commitment to caring for patients and partners
- Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
- Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting
Requirements LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Active, current, unrestricted Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
