Job Description

Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling, a trusted name in Huntington, IN since 1969, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician - Duct Cleaner to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior HVAC technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Perform duct cleaning and related tasks to ensure optimal system performance and indoor air quality for clients.
  • Observe and learn proper techniques for servicing HVAC equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow instructions carefully and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
  • General knowledge of hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and service-oriented.
  • Must be able to pass a Background, Driving and Drug Screening

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of $34,000 - $58,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.
