Rodgers Wade is looking for Cabinet/Hardware Assemblers to join our team in Paris, Texas!

Location / Ubicación: Paris, TX
Pay Rate / Salario Inicial: $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule / Horario: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Some Saturdays & Overtime as needed / Algunos sábados y horas extras, según sea necesario

What You’ll Do / Lo Que Harás:

• Ability to use the following tools: router, miter saw, power drill/impact, tape measure
• Construction or assembly experience
• Ability to read drawings to construct unit
• Capacidad para utilizar las siguientes herramientas: fresadora, sierra ingletadora, taladro eléctrico/de impacto, cinta métrica
• Experiencia en construcción o montaje.
• Capacidad para leer dibujos para construir la unidad.

What We’re Looking For / Requisitos:

• Experience in construction or assembly work
• Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
