Convention Registration – Terms & Conditions (2026)

Registration & Payment

  • Registration is online only and confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Payment is accepted strictly by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
  • Other payment modes (including cash, PayNow, bank transfer, or cheques) are not accepted.

Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers

  • No cancellations and no refunds once registration is confirmed.
  • Registration may be transferred once to another Lion within the same Lions Club, provided the request is submitted by 31 March 2026.
  • No transfers will be accepted after this date.
  • Transfer requests must be made via the Convention website or email to convention@lionsclubs.org.sg and are subject to approval.

Name Badge & Admission

  • Each Registered Delegate will receive a Convention Delegate Name Badge.
  • Requests to correct typographical errors only must be submitted by 31 March 2026.
  • Name Badges must be collected at the Registration Desk and worn at all times for admission to Convention programmes, meals, and the Banquet Dinner.

Changes & Conduct

  • The Convention Organising Committee reserves the right to approve or reject any registration changes.
  • Programme details may be amended where necessary.
  • Admission may be refused or revoked, without refund, for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive conduct.

Media, Data & Liability

  • The Convention may be photographed or recorded. Attendance constitutes consent to use images for Convention-related purposes.
  • Personal data will be used for Convention administration in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Attendance is at the Delegate’s own risk. The organisers are not liable for loss or injury, to the extent permitted by law.
  • The Convention may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to events beyond reasonable control.

  1. Attendance is at the delegate’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury.
