Convention Registration Mode of Payment

Please note that payment for delegate registration on website will be strictly accepted via
credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only).

Other payment methods, including cash, PayNow, checks, or alternative cards, will not be accepted in view of administrative complications previously.

Cancellation of Convention Registration.

1.⁠ ⁠Under no circumstances, the cancellation of a Convention Registration by a Registered Delegate will be accepted once it’s officially confirmed.

2.⁠ ⁠However, a Delegate may transfer his/her registration to a Lion within his/her own Lions Club provided this is done before 1st March 2025. Thereafter no transference will be accepted.

3.⁠ ⁠Applications for Transfer to be made via the Convention website or by sending an email to convention@lionsclubs.org.sg.

Convention Registration Information.

1.⁠ ⁠Registered Delegates will receive a Convention Delegate Name Badge. Any requests for amendments to the name of the Registered Delegate as a result of typographical error must be submitted in writing by 31st March 2025 via email to convention@lionsclubs.org.sg.

2.⁠ ⁠Registered Delegates to collect their Convention Delegate Name Badge from the Registration Desk at the Convention upon verification by the Convention Registration Committee.

3.⁠ ⁠The Convention Delegate Name Badge must be worn by Registered Delegates at all times in order to gain admission to the Convention including tea-break, lunch and the Banquet Dinner.

The Convention Committee reserves all rights to approve or deny any requests for changes to the Registration.
