Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing  Warehouse Manager to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. This role will include activities supporting capture and execution of contracts for the Iron Dome AUR production as well as subcontracts in support of general operation of the business.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating storage and distribution activities of the manufacturing facility to ensure maximum utilization of facilities.

The role will administer operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. In addition, this role will be accountable to ensure products, parts, or supplies are shipped, distributed, or received in an efficient manner.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Implement materials management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Evaluates the physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepares work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
•   Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University degree and 8 years of experience or High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED) and 15 years of experience. 
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices in warehousing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize orders and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges, such as supply chain disruptions or rush orders.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems.
• Must have operating experience in material handling, equipment such as pallet jacks (manual and electrical) and banding equipment 
• Must have experience in filing systems (manual and electronic) 
• Must have experience in working with online inventory management 
• Must have experience in computer applications such as spreadsheets, database and word processing 
• Ability to work with blueprints, drawings, planning, and local instructions. 
• Operate and obtain certification for the purposes of warehousing, a wide variety of material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks and/or tugs, hoists, indoor cranes, stand-up and high-bay forklifts, narrow aisle lifts, platform lifts, power lifts, hand or electric carts, banders, scales, part quantity counter and any other equipment necessary to perform counts, secure or move material in order to perform their duties.   
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in a government contracting environment with DoD and non-DoD customers.

Physical Demands :

This job regularly requires employees to work while using hands; gripping fingers and hands. The employee is frequently required to sit; walk or stand; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; and bend at waist. The employee is occasionally required to climb unassisted while carrying up to 40 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted; push or pull 200+ pounds with appropriate moving and safety equipment.
