Job Description Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the warehouse facility in Las Vegas, NV. Can range from 25-40 people depending on the season. There is an operation supervisor in place, with department leads that will all report to the position. - The goal of this position is to provide perfection in the quality of gear that goes to our events. This requires the manager to oversee the QC of all departments, the speed in which gear is turned for the next event, along with an attention to detail so nothing is missed. - This is a hands-on position. The expectation is the person will be in the shop overseeing all processes, ensuring priorities are being handled, and pivoting when areas are falling behind. It is a glorified babysitting role of warehouse staff who need to be motivated and disciplined when necessary. A person who sits behind a desk will not work. - This is a middle manager position so the direct report will be to the owners. However, the position also coordinates with our TD/PM's who are on site. - 911 vs 411. Ensure 911's are being handled efficiently but also ensure ongoing projects (411's) are still being worked on. - Be a solution-based manager who can stand by decisions when making changes to ensure efficiency.
