Location: Dallas, Texas (Part-time, 20 hours per week)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Traffic Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications team. In this key role, you will drive improvements in efficiency, ensure projects are delivered on time, and optimize the allocation of resources. You will take charge of implementing and maintaining streamlined processes for project intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery—playing a vital part in the success of our team’s initiatives. If you excel at managing multiple moving parts and enjoy creating order out of complexity, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities: Establish and manage a clear and efficient workflow for all graphics and photography project requests. Serve as the central point of contact for all design and photography project submissions. Develop and implement standardized intake forms and processes within the existing technology platforms. Collaborate with team members to gather comprehensive project briefs, including objectives, timelines, deliverables, and required assets. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Generate reports on project status, timelines, and resource utilization as needed. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a traffic coordinator, project coordinator, or similar role within a marketing or creative environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools including Monday.com and Smartsheet. Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems is desirable including Basecamp. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly. A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
