  • Collaborate with design, development, product, and customer teams to project manage tasks and projects.
  • Speak to foundational software components and services, including web applications, modern UI frameworks, cloud-based web services, and content management platforms.
  • Responsible for planning and managing the design and implementation of landing pages and career sites from kick off through post launch tasks.
  • Intake, assessment and communication of the impact of system upgrades or integration changes on users, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive momentum and urgency across all project participants by proactively prioritizing tasks based on SLAs and project work plans, mobilizing resources accordingly, and identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Take accountability for reporting project and maintenance progress to customers, account management teams, and all other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for coordinating and providing data, reporting, and analytics upon request.
  • Develop and execute Change Management plans as necessary for Career Site projects and development work.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design, website platforms, content management systems, data and analytics, and digital publishing.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical features and UX specifications.
  • Skilled in coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure alignment.

  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ensuring accuracy in technical implementation and project deliverables.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical, digital, or web development environment.
  • Proven experience managing website projects, system integrations, and analytics implementations.
  • Experience managing projects from initiation to post-launch optimization.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification) is a plus.
