RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for automation and AI initiatives, converting them into testable user stories
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using process mapping techniques
Translate business needs into technical specifications for AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals
Manage stakeholder communications across all levels, maintaining alignment and continuous feedback loops
Support all phases of the SDLC with clear documentation and assist QA teams in testing and validating solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Life sciences background is a must, with demonstrated experience applying business analysis in healthcare, pharma, or biotech settings
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or AI domains.
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io) and familiarity with RPA and machine learning frameworks
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with adaptability in fast-paced environment
