Position Overview:
As a valued member of our family-owned winery and vineyard nestled in the heart of the Chehalem Mountains AVA, you'll play an essential role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are dedicated to producing exceptional pinot noir, rosé, and chardonnay wines, and we need your expertise to make each visitor's visit special.

Job Details:
-Delightful Guest Experiences: Warmly greet and provide an exceptional tasting experience for our guests.
-Wine Sales: Effectively promote and sell our wines and wine club memberships.
-Point of Sale Expertise: Handle routine purchasing transactions, operate our POS system on an iPad, and assemble orders accurately.
-Passion for Wine: Maintain and expand your knowledge of our wines, winemaking practices, and the region.
-Team Player: Be an upbeat and adaptable team player, willing to take on various roles as needed.
-Tasting Room Maintenance: Keep our tasting room and surrounding areas stocked, clean, and organized.
-Responsibility: Recognize signs of intoxicated guests and respond appropriately.
-Professionalism: Maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor in our fast-paced environment.
-Availability: Be available 2-4 days per week.

Qualifications:
-Physical Ability: Lift up to 45 lbs regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
-Certifications: Possess or be able to acquire a valid OLCC Servers Permit and Food Handlers Certificate, and be 21 years of age or older.
-Customer Service Experience: Previous hospitality/customer service experience is a must.
-Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented and maintain a professional appearance.
-Team Player: Be friendly, engaging, and passionate about wine.
-Flexibility: Be open to working weekends, special events, and holidays.
