Kilwins Canton, opening soon at The Mill on Etowah , is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new location, oversee daily operations, and help bring handcrafted joy to our community.

Location: Kilwins Canton – The Mill on Etowah (Upcoming Store)

Reports To: Owner – Mona Rathore

About the Store:

At Kilwins Canton, we offer a delicious experience with chocolates, original recipe ice cream, and a variety of made-in-store treats including hand-paddled fudge, caramel apples, brittles, caramel corns, and more. Guests will see—and smell—the magic being made fresh daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management : Hire, train, and motivate a strong team of associates and shift leads focused on delivering friendly, memorable service.
• Store Operations : Manage day-to-day functions including scheduling, store cleanliness, production prep, and compliance with Kilwins brand standards.
• Inventory Control : Handle ordering, receiving, and inventory tracking to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste.
• Customer Experience : Lead by example in providing excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Reporting & Communication : Provide regular updates to the owner on store performance, staffing, and inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or food-service management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for guest service and enthusiasm for handmade products.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
