Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Pan Washers . In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring baking pans to a “like-new” silver finish, ensuring they are ready for reuse in food production. You will also assist with organizing and loading cleaned pans onto trucks for delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize baking pans using industrial washing equipment
• Remove baked-on residue and ensure pans meet cleanliness standards
• Inspect pans for quality before loading for transport
• Stack, organize, and load clean pans onto trucks for delivery or storage
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, warm, and wet environment
• Capable of standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• No previous experience required; training provided

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion
