brand new Hand & Stone location in
Sunrise–Sawgrass . If you're passionate about delivering results, creating a strong team culture, and providing outstanding customer service, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
As Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, sales performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys mentoring and motivating others.
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of the spa with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Drive membership and retail sales through effective team coaching and local marketing strategies
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment through active leadership and development
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and spa cleanliness
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve profitability
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local/state regulations
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor staff to reach operational goals
What We’re Looking For - Strong leadership skills with prior management experience in retail, spa, wellness, or hospitality
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- High standards for customer service and team accountability
- Comfortable analyzing data and making business decisions
- Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment
