Job Opening: Small Engine Mechanic

Location: Southwest Florida.

Gardenmasters of SWFL is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Small Engine Mechanic to join our team! This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and enjoys solving problems with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment powered by small engines, including fertilizer spreaders, golf carts, Isuzu trucks, and other related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Replace faulty parts and test systems for proper functionality.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Oil changes on fleet vehicles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with small engine diagnostics and repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Must have tools.

• 8-hour shifts.
