We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in telecom-specific modules such as OMT, ITOM, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, and SOMT , along with Integration Hub and Flow Designer .
You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support telecom operations, automation, and data integration initiatives.
Configure and customize ServiceNow Telecom modules : OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT.
Develop flows, integrations, and automations using Integration Hub and Flow Designer .
Collaborate with architects and business teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Implement data migration and CMDB enhancements aligned with telecom service models.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure high-quality deployments.
Contribute to governance, version control, and release management activities.
Work within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative enhancements.
8 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with telecom modules (OMT, ITOM, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT).
Expertise in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and CMDB structures.
Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Glide APIs.
Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD required; CIS preferred).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in Telecom domain implementations or OSS/BSS integrations.
Familiarity with Discovery, Orchestration, and Event Management.
Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence.
