The Role

Advision Development is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented SEO & Content Specialist with a strong background in sports, sports betting, and iGaming to join our growing SEO team. Youll play a key role in driving organic growth through smart SEO strategies, high-quality content execution, and editorial leadership. This role combines on-page SEO acumen with content editorial skills.

Objectives

• Identify SERP ranking opportunities and attain strong, consistent positioning for relevant target keywords to boost online visibility.

• Create and execute keyword-driven content briefs to improve identified SERP ranking opportunities.

• Build topical authority in the US sports betting and igaming spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking gaps and high-intent search opportunities.

• Develop and execute SEO content strategies for sports betting and online casino verticals.

• Write, edit, and optimize content for clarity, search intent, and accuracy.

• Build and manage content briefs, templates, and editorial guidelines that support SEO goals.

• Oversee the publishing process and maintain SEO optimized practices across pages (meta tags, headers, internal linking).

• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic performance, and user engagement.

• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, E-E-A-T practices, and affiliate SEO trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page principles.

• Prior experience working in sports media, sports betting, or iGaming affiliate industries strongly preferred.

• Strong editorial and content marketing skills; must be comfortable writing and editing long-form articles.

• Proficiency with key SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.

• Comfortable working in WordPress or similar CMS environments.

• Understanding of link-building strategy and how content supports backlink acquisition.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with online casino and igaming industries.

• Familiarity with AI-generative tools like ChatGPT for ideation, keyword expansion, and workflow efficiency.
