Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred (West Coast remote considered)
We're seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to be a foundational member of our design team. You'll play a critical role in shaping our consumer health application from the ground up, with a planned launch in Q3 2025. Working directly with the founders and engineering team, you'll craft a best-in-class user experience that redefines how people engage with healthcare technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the UX/UI design process end-to-end-from user research and concepting to final implementation
Create intuitive and visually compelling user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
Develop and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system
Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
Contribute to product strategy using a user-centered design approach
6 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on consumer applications
A strong portfolio that highlights exceptional design, usability, and visual storytelling
Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept to delivery
Experience designing for mobile-first platforms (iOS and Android)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment
Experience at leading consumer brands (e.g., Nike, Equinox, Spotify, automotive or airline industries)
