Job Description
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods used in agile software development.
+ Comfortable with different platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and backend APIs
+ Experience using technologies for detecting and tracking software defects.
+ Team-oriented, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills.
+ Self-motivated in the pursuit of new skills and an understanding of software design and quality engineering.
+ Strong leadership skills with a focus on continual improvement
+ Comfortable presenting to groups of peers
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and testing of software applications
+ Strong knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies
+ Experience with functional and non-functional software testing techniques
+ Understanding of the principles of creating easily modifiable and extensible automated tests
+ Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Load Runner, etc.)
+ Experience using continuous integration build tools (e.g., Jenkins, Codefresh, GitHub Actions)
+ Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
+ Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
+ Solid understanding of REST APIs and the ability to use tools such as POSTMAN to perform data verification and set up test data.
+ Experience leading small to medium-sized projects.
+ Understanding of AI principles (LLMs, RAG, Agents, etc.) and experience using AI to improve testing, the application development life cycle and overall solution design.
