Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate  Senior Graphic Designer  to join our company venture,  Willow . In this full-time position , you will contribute to creating visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns that drive results for our company. 

You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality. 

This position requires working a fixed US schedule, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).

Seniority Level: Senior Level 

Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives

• Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designs

• Ensure that all designs meet the company standard and align with project briefs and brand guidelines

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrate new resources/techniques where needed

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in digital graphic design or related field 

• Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong paid advertising work

• Proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma 

• Experience producing designs for emails, social media, and paid media

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A self-starter mindset with a passion for delivering fast output and good design 

Nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field

• Proficient in digital motion and video graphic production tools 

• Experience in retail marketing or digital branding

• Direct experience with consumer e-commerce

• Experience working in the telemedicine field.
