Salary Range: $70-$80k + benefits

About The Role

Cheeky is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator to help bring elevate and bring consistency to our brand. The

This is a senior level position where you will be responsible for creating assets across multiple functions like email, socials, and print packaging. We are a young, fast growing company so you will need to be able to adapt and learn while requirements are changing frequently.

You Will Work On:

• Packaging Art: Your primary responsibility will be to create custom illustrations for our new products. There are 3 types of products:
  • duotone illustrations our core product line (as seen on our website)
  • full-color illustrations for cobranded products we make with some of the largest YT and Twitch creators in the world.
  • background illustrations for licensed products we make with large anime and gaming studios.
• Marketing Materials:
  • Social Assets: create assets to promote new product launches, promotions, and announcements.
  • Email Assets: take messaging from our marketing team and turn it into well structured and beautiful emails.

You will need to handle:

• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, supply chain, brand, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with business objectives.
• Feedback and Revisions: Manage feedback loops, making timely adjustments to designs based on team input and consumer insights.
• Project Management: Maintain timelines, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

You have:

• 5+ years of graphic design and/or illustration experience
• Portfolio showcasing ability to draw custom illustrations and design marketing materials
• Proficiency in relevant software like Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Being a fan of gaming/anime/youtube/twitch culture is important. Someone that's never spent time engaging with any of those spaces probably wouldn't have a good understanding of our customers.
