Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Amazon's Litigation & Regulatory department is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to help manage third-party vendor relationships, reporting for eDiscovery operations, and oversee the eDiscovery managed review vendor program. This Seattle-based position serves as a crucial role in bridging legal teams, IT systems, and external vendors to optimize our eDiscovery processes, supporting Amazon's legal operations with a blend of technical expertise, vendor management skills, and deep understanding of eDiscovery principles.

A successful candidate is a self-starter who excels at working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority initiatives, communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, reacts with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick response or turnaround, takes effective action without knowing the whole picture, excels at making sound decisions, and is proactive and innovative in solving customer challenges. The candidate combines exceptional customer focus with meticulous attention to detail, thriving under tight deadlines while adapting seamlessly to rapid changes. Given the sensitive nature of legal work, a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to cultivate strong relationship across all organizational levels are essential.

Join us in shaping the future of legal operations at one of the world's most innovative companies.
