NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for an Senior eDiscovery Consultant to support a critical Federal Program in Lorton, VA. This is a Full-Time role on-site role with our client, a highly-respected Federal Integrator. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance Job Description: - Provide technical and subject matter expertise to eDiscovery litigation support teams, ensuring adherence to defined processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor technical staff on the proper use of litigation support tools and best execution strategies.
- Identify and document common data elements across multiple litigation support platforms.
- Recommend, coordinate, and implement workflow changes, process improvements, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Evaluate proposed changes for cost efficiency, technical feasibility, and organizational impact.
- Oversee initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, data integrity, and data availability.
- Collaborate with business units and litigation support staff to understand both business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and traceability maps to gauge solution effectiveness and governance adherence.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in litigation support, preferably eDiscovery.
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- 8+ years of Information Technology experience.
