Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform scheduled cleaning of restrooms, lunchrooms, training rooms, locker rooms and office areas
• Ensure all areas of responsibility are kept neat and clean (mop floors, clean toilets, empty small wastebaskets, wipe down desks, walls, etc.)
• Use equipment, supplies, and materials in proper manner and quantity
• Communicate with Supervisor regarding any sanitation questions or issues
• Responsible for maintaining quality, authentic, safe, and legal products
• Any other duties as requested directed or assigned by the manager/supervisor

• High School graduate or equivalent.

• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Training Required:

• Any specialized safety or other training required

Equipment to Be Used:

• All related sanitation equipment

Typical Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 55 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb

Typical Mental Demands:

• Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Ability to master basic math skills
• Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions

Employees are expected to work in a manner consistent with Golden Barrel Products, Zook Ag. and ZMC Logistics Operating Principles: specifically work and act as a team player in all interactions with other company employee’s; provide a high level of customer service at all times; project and maintain a positive image with those contacted in the course of work; develop and maintain collaborative and respectful working relationships with co-workers and others; consistently provide quality service.

Working Environment:

• Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and as necessary to complete the requirements of the position.
