Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration & Configuration:
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) , including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Manage custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools (Process Builder, Flow).
  • Lead system upgrades, data imports/exports, deduplication, and integrations .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
Solution Architecture & Design:
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex integrations, custom development, and third-party solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, data models, and integration diagrams .
  • Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions .
  • Evaluate and recommend AppExchange tools and external vendor technologies .
Development & DevOps:
  • Develop and maintain Apex, LWC/Aura components, SOQL , and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) .
  • Implement complex business logic, custom UI components, and REST/SOAP API integrations .
  • Lead deployments using Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset .
  • Ensure version control, test coverage, code reviews, and release management .
Governance & Best Practices:
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) practices , including design standards, governance, and data stewardship.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends .
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
Project Leadership & Support:
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
  • Lead technical design sessions and oversee project delivery.
  • Manage custom development, integrations, and data migrations .
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and SOPs .
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, POCs, and discovery sessions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (additional Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certs highly desired ).
  • 3+ years of development experience with Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, and DevOps .
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CoE practices .
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) .
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration .
  • Ability to debug complex issues and deep-dive into technical challenges .
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) .
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies .
