Job Description

Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and performance.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and release management activities.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices for implementation.
Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and data governance protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on development in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform architecture.
Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices (e.g., Gearset, Copado, SFDX).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
