Position OverviewAs a Sales Representative at GreenTown Production, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our sustainable solutions and educating potential clients on the benefits of going green, helping them make informed decisions that contribute to environmental betterment.
This remote position provides flexibility in managing your own schedule while working collaboratively with a team that is committed to making a positive impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Prospecting : Research and reach out to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their needs and interest in green technologies.
Sales Presentations : Present GreenTown's products and services to potential clients, explaining the benefits of sustainability and how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
Client Education : Educate clients about sustainable technologies, the environmental impact of their choices, and the potential cost savings of adopting green practices.
CRM Management : Use CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions, ensuring that all client data is up to date and actionable.
Negotiation : Handle negotiations, ensuring that all deals are aligned with company pricing structures while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Closing Deals : Work to close sales, ensuring that all agreements are finalized in a timely manner and that customer satisfaction is prioritized.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about GreenTownâs products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Account Management : Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and identifying additional sales opportunities.
Reporting : Regularly report on sales progress, goals, and activities to management, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to close deals, preferably in a green tech, renewable energy, or environmental sector.
Skills :
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade clients effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus.
Passion : A strong passion for sustainability, renewable energy, or environmental issues, with an understanding of green technology and its benefits.
Remote Work : Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your own schedule and workload effectively.
Experience in B2B sales or selling complex solutions.
Familiarity with the renewable energy sector or green technologies.
Experience with social selling or digital marketing tools.
Self-Driven : A natural go-getter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Customer-Centric : Focused on building long-term relationships and delivering value to clients.
Resilience : Able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude, pushing through to achieve success.
