RSA Systems Engineer

Location: Remote with a high preference for candidates who are local to the DC, MD, VA area

Salary Range : $130,000 - $140,000

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented  RSA Systems  Engineer   to join our team.  This role focuses on deploying, configuring, and maintaining RSA products to ensure secure access and identity management across the organization.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Design, deploy, and manage RSA solutions, including SecurID, Archer, and identity management tools.

• Configure and maintain authentication, access control, and multi-factor authentication systems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize RSA performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams to integrate RSA solutions across enterprise systems.

• Automate routine tasks and reporting processes using scripts or RSA automation tools.

• Maintain system documentation, generate compliance reports, and support audits.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers on security best practices and RSA solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 - 8 years of experience 
• An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role. 
• US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, and enterprise security principles.
• Experience with RSA SecurID, RSA Archer, or other RSA products.
• Familiarity with networking, directory services (Active Directory), and security protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
