Role: RPA Project Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE (onsite 3 day a week)
Duration: 12+ months
Must have:
2+ years recent exp. managing AI/ML projects in Life sciences (Pharma Company)
Exp liaising with internal IT, onshore and offshore RPA consultants and developers to create RPA bots and AI/ML-
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical pedigree and proven experience leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI/ML initiatives in the Life Sciences industry. This is not a hands-on coding role but requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience driving complex automation and machine learning projects across cross-functional domains such as Clinical, Discovery, Finance, TechOps, and Development.
