We are currently seeking a **RPA & AI Automation Engineer** to join our team in **San Leandro** , **California (US-CA)** , **United States (US)** . **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** + We are seeking a highly skilled RPA & AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI technologies. This role requires expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence-driven automation, and workflow orchestration to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation initiatives. + Key Responsibilities + Develop and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, including process discovery, design, development, testing, and maintenance. + Integrate Agentic AI models into automation workflows to enable adaptive decision-making and intelligent task execution. + Analyze and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency. + Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation agents capable of dynamic interactions, self-improvement, and real-time decision-making. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and ensure successful automation implementation. + Utilize UiPath Orchestrator to manage and monitor automation performance, ensuring reliability and scalability. + Implement machine learning models, NLP techniques, and LLMs to enhance automation capabilities. + Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance policies for automation projects. + Provide training, documentation, and support for RPA & AI automation solutions. + Stay updated with advancements in RPA, AI, and agentic automation to continuously improve automation frameworks. + Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, or similar). + Proficiency in programming languages like Python, .NET (C#), or JavaScript for automation scripting. + Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, and large language models (LLMs). + Experience with REST APIs, web scraping, and system integrations for automation. + Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and deploying AI-based automation solutions. + Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for managing structured and unstructured data. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. + Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in UiPath RPA development (including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot).
