Ideal Candidate

Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager experience needs to be in OB, Postpartum or L&D.
RN experience in a hospital / acute care setting (excluding training/school/clinicals etc)
2 years of direct RN clinical experience working in Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department in a Hospital

Job Description

Are you an experienced Nurse Leader with a passion for Mother Baby/Postpartum care? Our Hospital Client in Tarzana, CA, is seeking a dynamic RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Mother Baby unit and mentor their clinical staff.
The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.
24 Mother Baby Rooms where you'll provide essential care to our littlest patients and their families.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
