Job Description

• Experience operating equipment in an RF lab and conducting drive testing, optimization, and design
• Experience of Linux scripting, Python/Matlab (for data visualization), lab testing experience
• Strong understanding of wireless propagation, link budgets, and RF network design principles
• Proficient in analyzing LTE network performance, KPIs, and call processing (minimum 5 years' experience)
• Skilled in RF data analysis and troubleshooting using common industry tools
• Familiar with tools such as Wireshark, iPerf, and Netscout
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Location : Onsite - 1st 3 months in Chicago and rest of the time in Denver, CO (all expenses will be covered by client when in Chicago and travelling. Denver will be base location so only the expenses incurred during business travel, testing will be borne by client)

Note: Linux scripting, Python/Matlab (for data visualization), lab testing experience for Sr. RF Engineer position. These skills are critical as we are relying on home grown tools for data collection and analysis. Also, it is expected that the RF engineer be onboard aircraft for system integration flight testing during off-hours (maintenance window 11PM- 5AM) for ~2 month duration.
