Job Description

Remote Project Manager: Pre Engineered Metal Buildings

Overview :We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-engineered metal building projects from award through completion. This role requires expertise in fabrication and erection, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and erection teams
  • Act as primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and timely updates
  • Maintain project schedules and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage change orders
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Lead project teams and provide training as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) experience strongly preferred
  • Familiar with project management tools and MS Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MBS, Bluebeam, Procore, Tekla, Smartsheets
  • PMP certification a plus
