Our design stack Our product is designed with Whimsical, Figma, and other design tools. Our front-end is built using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue, etc. We use Slack, Clubhouse, Notion, and G Suite to collaborate and build together.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience able to provide fearless feedback.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Work directly with the VP of Product to shape ideas, create prototypes, and build the product roadmap
• Partner with marketing to create and implement new designs consistent with the product experience
• Work with Customer Success to research and understand customer problems and pain points.
• Design and collaborate with engineering to implement new Vue UI components and improve existing ones
• Creating design guidelines for our products to ensure interface consistency across devices.
• Designing beautiful, clear interfaces for the website and necessary marketing assets.
• Illustrating intuitive iconography for our applications
• Helping instill a design culture in the company as a whole — we want everyone to value and understand the role of design
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a high-growth startup
• Knowledge of startups and products in our space
• Great taste for elegant and beautiful product experiences
• Ability to work through design problems from beginning to end, efficiently
• A knack for distilling complex problems into effective solutions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Hard-working and dedicated team player that needs little to no supervision, but enjoys working a team toward a common goal
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Self-motivated with an ability to work in the unknown
• Ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Demonstrated collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other designers to drive outcomes
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication
