You will work remotely, ensuring timely responses to client emails, phone calls, and live chat requests, while maintaining a positive and professional experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat support.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly.
- Assist with product information, order status, and general company inquiries.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
