Status : Full Time

Schedule: Overnights - No Weekends

Location: Westmoreland County

Looking to develop our RN pool for after-hours support in the Redstone Highlands CCRC and Home and Community-Based Services. Full-time hours guaranteed. No weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

• Return phone calls as identified by the scheduler on duty from residents, families, and external healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the urgency and nature of their clinical issues.
• Provide triage, clinical direction and intervention within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate and coordinate necessary interventions, based on the established plan of care such as contacting physicians, and communicating with healthcare providers and families/POA.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and completely in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Pennsylvania nursing license.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
