An apartment complex is seeking a Receptionist to work part-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Duties:

Answer the telephone and greet tenants and visitors at the office window
Retrieve all voice mail messages from the previous evening and respond accordingly
Handle inquires or direct the caller or visitor to the appropriate party
Secure complete information from callers and visitors to assist responding party
Schedule appointments for managers
Track and assign parking stickers for residents or staff, as needed
Assist in the intake of work orders from residents on a daily basis
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have excellent Receptionist and Customer Service skills
Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
Must have an articulate and pleasant phone presence with a professional and friendly demeanor
