Job Description

Williams Parker , the region’s largest and oldest law firm founded in 1925, is seeking a 1-5-year  Real Estate Associate  to join our growing team in  Sarasota, Florida . As Sarasota’s largest and oldest homegrown law firm, we help clients realize their visions for their businesses and families through a variety of specialties. Our Real Estate practice group is looking for a motivated attorney with relevant experience. Whether you are already licensed to practice law in Florida or planning to relocate and willing to sit for the Florida Bar in the near future - and regardless of whether you have a portable book of business - you are encouraged to apply.

Our real estate practice group includes board-certified specialists with experience in a variety disciplines, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, condominium and subdivision development, banking and finance, and title insurance. Our attorneys work together as a team to provide clients with expert guidance in all phases of their transactions and regardless of the level of complexity. No other firm has our experience or our deep connections to the region’s top real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.

Founded in the Roaring Twenties at the height of the Great Florida Land Boom, Williams Parker successfully navigated the Great Depression, the post-WWII boom years, the expansive prosperity that accompanied the development of the U.S. Interstate Highway system, and Florida’s current, rapid growth. The skyline of our region was written—legally speaking—by our firm. Wherever real estate expansion has occurred, Williams Parker has been the guiding hand.
