Radiology Supervisor Opening in Boston, MA

Permanent full time position Schedule: Full Time, Evening Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, manages the operations of the Radiology Services Departments and Outpatient Imaging Center. Oversees recruiting and interviewing applicants and makes recommendations for final hiring decisions. Oversees the orientation and training of staff. Provides for the continuing education and professional growth needs of staff. Oversees the development and functioning of a quality assurance and quality improvement program and ensures that quality standards and performance criteria are established and monitored for trends, deviations and staff development needs. Requirements

Completion of two years post-high school training in an approved school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent (such as completion of Armed Forces Radiology Technologist training). ARRT certified and registered in Radiography-R.T(R) MA Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist BLS/CPR Certification. Must have a minimum of three to five years experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Three years of supervisory experience preferred!
