The ideal candidate is licensed in Texas, experienced in psychiatric crisis care, and proficient in delivering services via secure telehealth platforms.

Requirements:
• Active RN licensure and completion of BSN
• Graduate degree (MSN or DNP) with PMHNP specialization
• Active PMHNP license with prescriptive authority in the State of Texas
• Current DEA license; DEA-X waiver preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
• Proficiency with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong interpersonal and independent decision-making skills
• Availability during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass background checks and meet credentialing requirements
• Must maintain malpractice insurance that covers telehealth
• Access to reliable internet and a private, secure environment for care delivery
Responsibilities:
• Perform remote psychiatric evaluations and establish diagnostic impressions
• Initiate and manage psychotropic medications based on clinical guidelines
• Respond to on-demand consults within 15 minutes during scheduled shifts
• Deliver crisis stabilization support via secure video conferencing
• Accurately document all encounters in real time within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with onsite clinical teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
